Sarah Okafor founded Clearwell in 2011 after years managing facilities for a large Bristol employer, chasing contractors who over-promised and under-delivered.
The idea was simple: employ good people properly, keep them on the same sites, and check the work. Today that's 180 staff across 140 sites.
