Our cockapoo used to shake at the groomers. Now she drags us through the door. Ellie is a miracle worker.

Best hand strip we've had for our Border Terrier, and they actually listen to how you want them to look.

Are you cage-free?

Yes. Dogs wait in a calm room or with a groomer, never in cages, and we only have one dog on the table at a time.

My dog is nervous. Can you help?

Absolutely. Book a quiet morning slot and we'll take it at their pace, with breaks and lots of treats.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Doodles and poodles every 6 to 8 weeks. Spaniels and terriers every 8 to 10. We'll recommend a schedule after the first groom.

What vaccinations do you need?

Up-to-date core vaccinations and kennel cough for daycare, plus regular flea and worm treatment.

Do you take dogs with health conditions?

Usually yes. Let us know on the form and we'll plan around it, or ask your vet if we're unsure.
