Hartfield family garden

What they wanted

A sloping lawn turned into a level porcelain terrace, artificial lawn and a garden room for working from home.

The clients wanted a garden the whole family could use all year, with somewhere to eat outside, space for the kids and planting that looked good without hours of work.

We designed a layout in three zones, linked by wide porcelain steps, and kept the existing mature trees as the backbone of the planting.
