An auction purchase completed in 21 days

The situation

A landlord won a three-bed terrace at auction with 28 days to complete. We arranged a bridge, then refinanced to buy-to-let after the refurb.

What we did

We reviewed the full picture, identified lenders whose criteria fitted, and packaged the application so the underwriter had everything they needed on day one. We kept the solicitor and agent updated weekly until completion.

The outcome

The client completed on time, on terms better than they'd been offered elsewhere, and we'll review the deal again six months before it ends.
